1. What types of cases does your firm handle?
At V7 Legal we operate exclusively with Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs), and Investors such as Venture Capitalists (VCs), Investors and Incubators. With decades of experience in the start-up ecosystem, we are trained and proficient in the legal, entrepreneurial and financial fields. A few of our practice areas include:
i. Corporate & Commercial;
ii. Employment and;
iii. Company Formation.
2. What are the legal fees?
We are dedicated to not just protecting our clients, but finding the middle ground that can be reached only by the deep understanding of both financial and legal fields. V7 Legal does not charge on an hourly basis, but rather on a retainer or project-by-project basis. This ensures alignment between the parties, and commitment to engage for purpose, not billable hours.
3. What are your business hours?
Our business hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm Sunday through Thursday. However, please feel free to call or email us after hours. We are committed to returning our client’s and potential client’s calls and emails within 24 hours or less.
4. I have questions, how do I get in touch with you?
Whether you have general enquiries or would like to engage as a client, please send us an email at email@example.com. A member of our team will be happy to assist you or book you in for a consultation.
5. How can I meet your lawyers?
If you would like to meet a member of our team, a prior appointment is necessary.
6. What can you do for me as a client?
You can expect to have experienced lawyers and financial advisors at your disposal. Our lawyers have over two decades’ worth of experience in advising clients with business oriented legal knowledge and legal financial advisory abilities.
7. When will I be kept informed of the progress of my case?
We will keep you informed as soon as we are notified with any progress. Depending on the nature of the case and the retainer chosen, you will have a dedicated agent to communicate with you as long as required.
8. How long will the process take?
Since legal processes vary depending on the nature of the case, it is difficult to specify a certain time frame in which your work will be completed. Multiple developments during a case can contribute to speeding up or delaying the process. However, what we can guarantee is that we will meet all deadlines in order to ensure quick and efficient progress.
